    Black gram is one of the healthy wholesome breakfast and staple recipe from Southern part of Tamil Nadu. The only difference between regular dosa this dosa is the whole black urad dal with skin. This Black Gram dosa tastes different from regular dosas and pairs well with small onion chutney. It stays soft even for hours. Usually nowadays we get the urad dal as white with the outer black skin removed. It means that we are leaving the best part of this valuable ingredient and having the rest.
