- Aloo 2 no. -
- Onion : 1 no -
- Tomato : 1 no -
- Ginger garlic paste : 1 tsp -
- Salt to taste -
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp -
- curry masala powder 2 tsp -
- Grated coconut : 1/2 cup -
- Roasted gram 2 tsp -
- Fennel seed 1 tsp -
- Oil : 4 tsp -
- Mustard : 1/2 tsp -
- broken urad dal 1/4 tsp -

Instructions
- add chopped aloo and mix well
- add chopped tomato and mix it.
- make a paste of grated coconut, roasted gram and fennel seed
- add salt, turmeric powder and curry masala and mix it
- add boiled rajma and mix well and allow to cook for 2 mins
- now rajma aloo curry is ready to serve
