chop the onion, carrot, beans, and capsicum
heat the oil in the pan and temper the mustard, broken urad dal, ginger and garlic
add onion and saute it for 3 mins
add tomato, green chili and mix well
add carrot, beans, and capsicum and mix it
add salt, turmeric and red chili powder, garam masala and mix it
add 1/2 glass of water and allow to cook until the vegetables get cooked
now add chopped bread and mix it
allow to cook in low flame for 5 mins
garnish with the coriander, now bread upma is ready
