Ingredients
  

  • Bread 5 no.
  • onion 1 no.
  • tomato 1 no.
  • green chili 1 no.
  • ginger small piece
  • garlic 4 no.
  • carrot 1 no.
  • beans 5no.
  • capsicum 1/2 no.
  • red chili powder 1 tsp
  • garam masala 1/2 tsp
  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • oil 4 tsp
  • mustard 1/2 tsp
  • broken urad dal 1/4 tsp

Instructions
 

  • chop the onion, carrot, beans, and capsicum
  • heat the oil in the pan and temper the mustard, broken urad dal, ginger and garlic
  • add onion and saute it for 3 mins
  • add tomato, green chili and mix well
  • add carrot, beans, and capsicum and mix it
  • add salt, turmeric and red chili powder, garam masala and mix it
  • add 1/2 glass of water and allow to cook until the vegetables get cooked
  • now add chopped bread and mix it
  • allow to cook in low flame for 5 mins
  • garnish with the coriander, now bread upma is ready
