Ingredients
  

  • ragi vermicelli 1 large bowl
  • onions sliced 1 cup
  • red and green chili 4nos(together)
  • curry leaves few
  • grated carrots 1 cup
  • grated beetroot 1 cup
  • mustard 1 sp
  • urad dal 1 sp

Instructions
 

  • first soak ragi vermicelli for 2 minutes in water
  • squeeze water and steam it for 10 minutes
  • in a kadai saute mustard urad dal, curry leaf, onion and chillies
  • now add the grated vegetables and salt
  • put the steamed ragi vermecelli to it and mix gently
  • serve hot
