- red and green chili 4nos(together) -
- Curry leaves Few -
- grated carrots 1 cup -
- grated beetroot 1 cup -
- mustard 1 sp -
- urad dal 1 sp -

- first soak ragi vermicelli for 2 minutes in water
- squeeze water and steam it for 10 minutes
- in a kadai saute mustard urad dal, curry leaf, onion and chillies
- now add the grated vegetables and salt
- put the steamed ragi vermecelli to it and mix gently
- serve hot
