In bowl add flour and salt. mix well and make dough.
In pan add oil and temper ginger and sauté onion
Now add grated veggies and mix well
When its cooked well without moisture add salt and pepper
Now make small ball flat thin with roll pin
Now stuff veggies and fold like this. ( refer pic)
Now do all rest and steam for ten min in steamer.
Now in bowl add little water and Szechuan sauce
Mix well with salt and soya sauce
Now in pan add oil and temper garlic and green chili
Now add onion sauté well and add that spicy mixture cook for 2 minutes
Now add steamed momo and mix well cook for 5 minutes in a high flame
Now the Spicy Chilli momo ready to serve.
