Red chilli powder

Garam masala

Ginger garlic paste
Salt
as per taste

Food colour
optional
Oil
for frying
Instructions
Clean and wash broccoli with hot water and keep aside.
Now add all the other ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Next add broccoli and mix well. Keep aside for a few minutes. If you want you can add food color in this stage.
Now heat oil and deep fry the marinated broccoli well.
Now Broccoli 65 is ready to serve.
