Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Broccoli
  • 2 tbsp All purpose flour/Maida
  • 2 tbsp Corn flour
  • 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  • 1/4 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 pinch Food colour optional
  • Oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Clean and wash broccoli with hot water and keep aside.
  • Now add all the other ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  • Next add broccoli and mix well. Keep aside for a few minutes. If you want you can add food color in this stage.
  • Now heat oil and deep fry the marinated broccoli well.
  • Now Broccoli 65 is ready to serve.
