Instructions
Clean and wash broccoli and boil 1 minutes in hot water.
Now shred broccoli and add potato.
Now mix all other ingredients.
Now take small portions and make shapes you like.
Heat a tawa with required oil and shallow fry the Tikki.
Now its ready to serve Broccoli Tikki / Cutlets with ketchup.
