Broccoli Tikki | Broccoli Cutlet

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Broccoli
  • 1/2 cup Potato Boiled and mashed
  • 3 tbsp Onion chopped
  • 3/4 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 nos Green chilli chopped
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala powder
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 3 tbsp Bengal Gram flour
  • 1 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped
  • 3 to Fresh lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil shallow frying

Instructions
 

  • Clean and wash broccoli and boil 1 minutes in hot water.
  • Now shred broccoli and add potato.
  • Now mix all other ingredients.
  • Now take small portions and make shapes you like.
  • Heat a tawa with required oil and shallow fry the Tikki.
  • Now its ready to serve Broccoli Tikki / Cutlets with ketchup.
