In blender add soaked chickpea blender coarsely
In same blender add onion, green chili, coriander, parsley and mint blend coarsely with lemon juice
Now combine both with salt and baking powder
Heat oil and make small tikki size and drop and fry well
Now drain falafel keep aside allow to cool
In pan dry roast sesame seed and add to blender and squeeze lemon and olive oil 4 tbsp blend well
Now add boiled chickpea(remaining) and grind with salt . now its ready to serve tahini sauce for spread.
Chop onion and lettuce and and mix capsicum and spring onion with curd and pinch of salt
Now cut the pita bread and open pocket and spread hummus
Now keep falafel and lettcue
Now sprinkle curd mixture as dressing
