Falafel With Pita Bread In Tahini Sauce Hummus

This is middle east recipe. this is very famous in all road side Shops in middle east countries. its rich protein and carbohydrate. its added in pocket of pita bread with falafel and hummus.

Ingredients
  

  • 5 Pita bread
  • 1 cup Chick pea
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 cup Coriander and parsley
  • Mint few
  • 3 Green chili
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • salt as per taste
  • 1/2 tsp Baking powder
  • Lettuce few
  • 1/2 chopped capsicum
  • 1 chopped spring onion
  • Curd

Instructions
 

  • In blender add soaked chickpea blender coarsely
  • In same blender add onion, green chili, coriander, parsley and mint blend coarsely with lemon juice
  • Now combine both with salt and baking powder
  • Heat oil and make small tikki size and drop and fry well
  • Now drain falafel keep aside allow to cool
  • In pan dry roast sesame seed and add to blender and squeeze lemon and olive oil 4 tbsp blend well
  • Now add boiled chickpea(remaining) and grind with salt . now its ready to serve tahini sauce for spread.
  • Chop onion and lettuce and and mix capsicum and spring onion with curd and pinch of salt
  • Now cut the pita bread and open pocket and spread hummus
  • Now keep falafel and lettcue
  • Now sprinkle curd mixture as dressing
