wash chicken and add in bowl and add ginger garlic paste , fried onion and all spice powder
Now add salt and lemon juice and curd mix well and marinate for 2 hours
In heavy bottom pan add more water and bring to boil in that add mint and coriander leaves , whole spices and salt and 1 tsp oil
Now add rice and cook half and strain out
Now In heavy button pan add oil and ghee add marinate chicken
Now add rice and sprinkle fried onion mint, and coriander
Now in sauce pan add milk and fresh cream and add saffron and mix well
Now pour in biriyani and close lid and keep on hot tawa and make sure that flame should me low and cook for 20 minutes
Now its ready to open lid and mix gently
