Fried Momo
this fried momo is special in nepal, assam and manipur. this is very tasty with red chilli sauce. we can do this in many version. One among the version is fried momo, fried with oil and served. this is very tasty

1 cup Maida 1 cup Cabbage and carrot grated 1/2 tsp Ginger Garlic paste Salt as per tsate 1 tsp pepper Oil for frying 1/2 tsp Jeera
In bowl add maida and 1/2 tsp salt and little water and make soft dough
Now in sauce pan add tsp of oil and temper jeeara and saute ginger garlic paste and saute well
Now add cabbage and carrot and saute well
Now add salt and pepper and mix well and turn off and allow to cool
Now Flat thin dough and stuff with filling
Now close and seal like this shape (refer pic)
Now do all others and heat oil and deep fry momo and and drain out
Now its ready to serve with red chutney or red chili sauce
