Rest cream cheese in room temperature
Now separate egg yolk and white and in white add lemon juice and 100 gm of sugar and beat till peak
Now beat yolk with remaining sugar and vanilla essence
Now add cream cheese and mix well
Now add flour and mix well
Now add both mixture and mix gently
Now pre heat oven with 160 degree for 10 min and transfer mixture to baking tray with wax sheet / butter sheet/ parchment sheet
Now keep y the tray with some hot water and place baking tray with mixture and also cover baking tray with foil in botton of tray (refer pic) . now bake more than hour ( 70 min) and after that rest it in oven for 30 mins and remove from oven
Now transfer to cooling rack and allow to cool
Now its ready to serve Japanese cotton cheese cake
