chop the tomato
chop the onion, green chili and red chili,
heat the oil and temper the bay leaf, cinnamon, cardamom, clove, aniseed
add onion, red chili and green chili and saute it for 3 mins
add ginger garlic paste and turmeric and mix it
add tomato and mix well
add coriander and mint leaves and mix well
add salt and red chili powder and mix it and allow to cook for 15 mins
add one glass of water and mix it
allow to cook until it becomes thick consistency like a curry
now tomato curry is ready to serve. serve with hot rice
