mint mango chutney is always a special side dish for us. mint mango chutney has a tangy taste that goes well with idly and dosa and also with variety rice like lemon rice. mint mango chutney can be carried while having a long drive that which stays fresh forr a long time.

Ingredients
  

  • raw mango 1 cup
  • mint leaves 1 cup
  • red chilli 4 no.
  • coconut 1/2 cup
  • ginger garlic 1 sp
  • salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • fry red chilli and leep aside
  • add mint leaves and saute them
  • add ginger garlic to it
  • add cut mango to it
  • put all in a blender along with chilli,coconut and salt .and serve with tiffens.
