Carrot Ginger Chutney
this is simple and easy chutney and it best combo for idly , dosa, roti, and Indian bread etc.. in this we wont add red chili only ginger spice .

- 2 grated Carrot
- 1/4 cup Coconut
- 15 nos Shallots
- 1/2 inch Ginger
- 5 Garlic
- 1/2 tsp Urad dal
- Salt as per taste
- 2 tsp oil
- Tamarind small pinch
- 1/2 tsp Mustard
- 1/2 tsp Jeera
In pan add oil urad dal roast well
Add shallots fry well add ginger ,garlic , tamarind, saute well
Now add Carrot saute well
Now add coconut mix well and add salt
Now allow to cool and grind well
In pan add oil jeera, mustard temper and pour in chutney
