manathakkali 100 gm
curd 2 tsp
salt 2 tsp
Instructions
clean and wash the manathakkali
add salt and mix it
now add curd and mix well
allow to marinate for 1 day
next day mix the manathakkai again and transfer to the plate and keep it in sunlight to get dry. (1 or 2 days )
remove from sunlight. now manathakkali vathal is ready.
