cook the dal by adding, salt, turmeric, garlic, castor oil and one tomato
chop the onion, mango and drum stick
slice the brinjal
in a kadai heat the oil and temper the cumin seed, fenugreen seed and curry leaves
add onion and curry leaves and saute it
add tomato and mix it
now add drumstick and brinjal and mix well
add salt and sambar powder and mix it
add required water for sambar and allow to cook for 5 mins
now add cooked dal and allow to cook for 10 mins
once the drumstick get cooked add raw mango and mix well and turn off the flame
in a pan heat the oil and temper the mustard, broken urad dal, red chili and curry leaves
transfer the tempered oil to the raw mango sambar
garnish with coriander leaves. now raw mango sambar is ready to serve
