- Thoor Dal 1 cup -
- Raw mango 1 no. -
- drum stick 2 no. -
- brinjal 4 no. -
- Tomato 2 no. -
- small onion 15 no. -
- red chili 3 no. -
- Garlic 4 no. -
- Turmeric : 1 tsp -
- sambar powder 2 tsp -
- Salt to taste -
- Oil : 4 tsp -
- castor oil 2 tsp -
- Mustard : 1/2 tsp -
- broken urad dal 1/4 tsp -
- cumin seed 1 tsp -
- fenugreek seed 1 tsp -
- curry leaves 10 no. -
- Coriander leaves : to garnish -

Instructions
- slice the brinjal
- in a kadai heat the oil and temper the cumin seed, fenugreen seed and curry leaves
- add onion and curry leaves and saute it
- add tomato and mix it
- add salt and sambar powder and mix it
- add required water for sambar and allow to cook for 5 mins
- now add cooked dal and allow to cook for 10 mins
- in a pan heat the oil and temper the mustard, broken urad dal, red chili and curry leaves
- garnish with coriander leaves. now raw mango sambar is ready to serve
