This is a very simple and easy to prepare within few minutes. This makes an excellent combo with rasam or curd rice and even with chapati. It also has lots of health benefits.

  • 2 chopped Drumstick
  • 1 cup Pumpkin
  • 10 shallots
  • 2 Red chili
  • 1 string Curry leaves
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 1 tsp Urad dal and channa dal
  • 2 tsp Oil


  • In fry pan add oil and temper musatrd, Urad dal and channa dal
  • now add shallots, curry leaves and red chili
  • Now add drumstick and pumpkin, saute well. add salt and at last add little water and cook till soft
  • Now its ready to serve Drumstick Pumpkin fry
