Gobi Masala
Gobi Masala is a very popular and delicious dish which goes well with roti, chapati, naan, jeera pulao, peas pulao and many flavored rice dishes.

- gobi 1 cup
- onion 1 no.
- tomato puree 3 tsp
- capsicum 1/2 no.
- ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- red chili powder 1/2 tsp
- coriander powder 1/2 tsp
- garam masala 1/4 tsp
- turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- salt to taste
- oil 3 tsp
- red chili 1 no.
- cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
clean and cut the gobi in normal size
slice the onion and chop the capsicum
par boil the gobi by add salt
in a pan heat the oil and temper the cumin seed and red chili
add saute the onion and add capsicum and mix it
add ginger garlic paste and tomato puree and mix well
add red chili powder, salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder and garam masala and mix it and allow to cook until the raw smell goes out
add par boiled gobi and mix it
allow to cook for 5 mins in medium flame until the masala mix well with the gobi
now gobi masala is ready to serve
