Sweet Potato Tikki

this is simple and easy to to do. this tikki is highlight for party time. this is good and healthy rich in carbohydrate. this sweet poatao fullfil the energy for kids. best combo as tea snack

Ingredients
  

  • 2 big Sweet Potato
  • 1 chopped Onion
  • 1 tsp Red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  • 2 tbsp Corn flour
  • Salt as per taste
  • Oil for shallow frying

Instructions
 

  • Boil sweet potato and keep aside and allow to cool
  • Peel and mashed sweet potato
  • Now add onion and mix well
  • Now add rest items and mix well
  • Now make small portion and divide all
  • Now heat tawa and oil 2 to 3 tsp oil and shape ball and place in tawa
  • Cook both side and drain in tissue paper
  • Now its ready to serve
