prepare wheat dough from wheat flour, salt and water
chop the onion, tomato, green chili, and capsicum
in a kadai heat the oil and saute the onion and green chili for 5 mins in medium flame
add tomato and mix it
add capsicum and mix it
now add, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, salt, turmeric powder, garam masala and mix it
once the masala get cooked add egg and mix
mix continuously until the egg get scrambled with the masala
now add grated paneer and mix it.

stuff the egg paneer masala
roll it. now egg paneer wrap is ready
