Ingredients
  

  • Egg 2 no.
  • paneer 1 cup
  • onion 1 no.
  • tomato 1 no.
  • capsicum 1/2 no.
  • green chili 1 no.
  • ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • red chili powder 1/2 tsp
  • turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • garam masala 1/2 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • wheat flour 1 cup

Instructions
 

  • prepare wheat dough from wheat flour, salt and water
  • chop the onion, tomato, green chili, and capsicum
  • in a kadai heat the oil and saute the onion and green chili for 5 mins in medium flame
  • add tomato and mix it
  • add capsicum and mix it
  • now add, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, salt, turmeric powder, garam masala and mix it
  • once the masala get cooked add egg and mix
  • mix continuously until the egg get scrambled with the masala
  • now add grated paneer and mix it.
  • prepare chapati from dough
  • stuff the egg paneer masala
  • roll it. now egg paneer wrap is ready
