Pumpkin Sweet Paratha

This is a simple and unique version of paratha .a healthy and filling travelling dish,not to carry any side dish for it . this taste great enough to have as such.

Ingredients
  

  • (cut) pumpkins 1 large cup
  • jaggery 1cup
  • wheat flour 2 cups

Instructions
 

  • cut pumpkins into cubes
  • cook them soft in water
  • add jaggery when it is hot
  • as the jaggery melts just smash the pumpkins along with it
  • add wheat flour
  • knead it to a chappati dough and rest it for 5 minutes.
  • take a small ball and spread it like chappatis
  • cook both the sides and serve
