White Kuruma
This is a lightly spiced gravy made with a mix of vegetables. if you are looking for a delicious and healthy meals,this is the best curry that suits your rice or rotis.

bay leaf 1 star anise 1 cinnamon 1 cloves 3 cardamom 1 carrot 1/2 cup beans 1/2 cup peas 1/2 cup potato 1/2 cuponions 1/2 cup knol khol 1/2 cup tomato 1 no grated coconut 1/2 cup 6 cashews 5 6 green chilli 5 ginger garlic 2 sp poppy seeds 1/2 sp 4 mint leaves 3 salt
in a cooker saute star anise, bay leaf, cinnamon, cloves and a cardamom
ckop all the vegetables and and add them to the oil
add tomatoes
grind coconut, green chilli,cashews,ginger garlic and mint leaves
add the ground paste to the vegetables ans cook with water
add salt cover with lid ,allow one whistle and turn off flame and serve .
