- cardamom 1 -
- carrot 1/2 cup -
- beans 1/2 cup -
- peas 1/2 cup -

- knol khol 1/2 cup -
- Tomato : 1 no -
- Grated coconut : 1/2 cup -
- cashews 5 - 6
- Green chilli: 5 - 6

Instructions
- in a cooker saute star anise, bay leaf, cinnamon, cloves and a cardamom
- ckop all the vegetables and and add them to the oil
- add tomatoes
- grind coconut, green chilli,cashews,ginger garlic and mint leaves
- add the ground paste to the vegetables ans cook with water
- add salt cover with lid ,allow one whistle and turn off flame and serve .
