Grated Raw Banana Fry

Nutritionally, raw banana is a good source of fiber ,vitamins and contains starch that may help control blood sugar. this fry of raw banana has a great taste which the kids love it.

Ingredients
  

  • raw banana 1
  • mustard 1 sp
  • onions chopped 1/2 cup
  • curry leafs
  • ginger garlic crushed 1 sp
  • fennel seeds 1/2 sp
  • red chilli powder 1 sp
  • dhania powder 1 sp
  • salt
  • turmeric
  • grated coconut 2 sp

Instructions
 

  • cut and boil raw bananas
  • peel skin and grate it
  • saute mustard ,onions, curry leafs
  • add ginger garlic and fennel seeds
  • add red chilli powder, dhania powder and turmeric and salt
  • add grated banana
  • stir well fry in low flame and add coconut and serve
