Tangdi Kabab
Though kababs/ kebabs originated in Persia, India has it’s own share of varieties. Tangdi kabab is one such appetizer served in parties and family gatherings. Tangdi Kabab needs the bone. Ideally, a tandoor (clay oven) fired by charcoal is used to grill this.

2 Chicken drumstick 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp Red chili powder 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder salt as per taste 1/4 cup Curd 2 tbsp Besan flour this is very important for this kabab 1 tsp Tandoori masala 1 tsp Lemon juice Oil for greasing 2 tbsp Ghee
Now marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste ,salt, turmeric, red chili powder and lemon leaves for 10 mins
Now add tandoori masala and curd marinate for 2 hours minimum
In pan add ghee and melt and add besan flour stir without burn and turn off
Now add marinate chicken and coat well
In mean time pre heat oven or tandoori maker.or you using tawa heat well
Now place chicken and apply oil and keep in oven cook for 20 mins and turn back and cook for 10 mins again
Now its ready to serve Tangdi Kabab
