Egg Paneer Paratha

Egg Paratha is one of the wonderful recipe for Breakfast. It is a favorite at our home and I make very frequently. The hot Parathas just off the stove top with a light smeading of ghee on top, tastes heavenly with raitha, pickles or sauces.

Ingredients
  

  • Egg 2 no.
  • Paneer 1/2 cup
  • capsicum 1/2 no.
  • ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp
  • onion 1 no.
  • tomato 1 no.
  • green chili 1 no.
  • salt to taste
  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • red chili powder 1/2 tsp
  • garam masala 1 tsp
  • oil 5 tsp
  • wheat flour 1 cup

Instructions
 

  • make a dough from wheat flour
  • Chop the onion, tomato, capsicum and green chili
  • in a pan heat the oil and add onion, green chili and saute it until it turn into brown
  • add tomato and mix well
  • add capsicum and mix it
  • add ginger garlic paste,salt,red chili powder, turmeric powder, and garam masala and mix well
  • now add egg and mix it
  • mix continuously in low flame until the egg get mix well with masalas
  • now add grated paneer and mix it and turn off the flame
  • take a small ball from dough and roll in small shape
  • stuff the egg paneer masala
  • again roll it
  • cook in tawa both the side by applying oil
  • now egg paneer paratha is ready
