Egg Paneer Paratha
Egg Paratha is one of the wonderful recipe for Breakfast. It is a favorite at our home and I make very frequently. The hot Parathas just off the stove top with a light smeading of ghee on top, tastes heavenly with raitha, pickles or sauces.

Egg 2 no. Paneer 1/2 cup capsicum 1/2 no. ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp onion 1 no. tomato 1 no. green chili 1 no. salt to taste turmeric powder 1/2 tsp red chili powder 1/2 tsp garam masala 1 tsp oil 5 tsp wheat flour 1 cup
make a dough from wheat flour
Chop the onion, tomato, capsicum and green chili
in a pan heat the oil and add onion, green chili and saute it until it turn into brown
add tomato and mix well
add capsicum and mix it
add ginger garlic paste,salt,red chili powder, turmeric powder, and garam masala and mix well
now add egg and mix it
mix continuously in low flame until the egg get mix well with masalas
now add grated paneer and mix it and turn off the flame
take a small ball from dough and roll in small shape
stuff the egg paneer masala
again roll it
cook in tawa both the side by applying oil
now egg paneer paratha is ready
