Instructions
Hard boil the eggs.
Grind the ginger and garlic. Mix the ingredients 2-7 in plate.
Marinate the eggs in it. Keep it aside for 10 minutes.
Heat oil in a kadai and fry the eggs in it.
Serve it with tea.
