Whole Meal Soup (dal N Veg)

- chopped carrots 1/2 cup
- brocolli 1/2 cup
- beans 1/2 cup
- knol knol 1/2 cup
- spring onion 1/2 cup
- dal (moong) 2 sp
- salt
- pepper 1/2 sp
- jeera 1/2 sp
- 4 shallots 3
- 3 garlic 2
- coriander leaves few
chop the vegetables
heat pan add bay leaf
saute all vegetables for a minute
add dal
add water
in a muslin cloth tie jeera pepper garlic and shallots
put the tied cloth in it and pressure cook for a whistle in low flame
remove bay leaf and tied cloth and grind it
again keep in low flame add salt
add pepper and garnish with coriander leafs and serve
