  • chopped carrots 1/2 cup
  • brocolli 1/2 cup
  • beans 1/2 cup
  • knol knol 1/2 cup
  • spring onion 1/2 cup
  • dal (moong) 2 sp
  • salt
  • pepper 1/2 sp
  • jeera 1/2 sp
  • 4 shallots 3
  • 3 garlic 2
  • coriander leaves few


  • chop the vegetables
  • heat pan add bay leaf
  • saute all vegetables for a minute
  • add dal
  • add water
  • in a muslin cloth tie jeera pepper garlic and shallots
  • put the tied cloth in it and pressure cook for a whistle in low flame
  • remove bay leaf and tied cloth and grind it
  • again keep in low flame add salt
  • add pepper and garnish with coriander leafs and serve
