- chopped carrots 1/2 cup -
- brocolli 1/2 cup -
- beans 1/2 cup -
- knol knol 1/2 cup -
- spring onion 1/2 cup -
- dal (moong) 2 sp -
- Salt -
- pepper 1/2 sp -
- jeera 1/2 sp -
- shallots 3 - 4
- Garlic – 2 - 3
- Coriander leaves : few -

Instructions
- chop the vegetables
- heat pan add bay leaf
- saute all vegetables for a minute
- add dal
- add water
- in a muslin cloth tie jeera pepper garlic and shallots
- put the tied cloth in it and pressure cook for a whistle in low flame
- remove bay leaf and tied cloth and grind it
- again keep in low flame add salt
- add pepper and garnish with coriander leafs and serve
