Cooked Moong Dal Salad

this a superb salad to start the day with high high protein content in it.

Ingredients
  

  • moong dal 1/2 cup
  • channa dal 2 sp
  • cucumber chopped 1/2 cup
  • capsicum chopped 1/2 cup
  • mustard 1 sp
  • urad dal 1/4 sp
  • curry leaf few
  • salt
  • pepper 1/2 sp
  • turmeric powder

Instructions
 

  • cook both the dals with turmeric powder
  • strain the water completely
  • in a bowl add cucumbers and capsicums
  • to this add dal and seasonings
  • add salt pepper and coconuts and serve
