moong dal 2sp
cow pea 2 sp
horse gram 2 sp
spring onionschopped 4 sp
paneer chopped 1/4 cup
milk 5sp
salt
crushed pepper 2 sp
lime juice 1 sp
Instructions
soak all three moong ,cow pea and horse gram in water for 8 hrs
tie in a cloth and hang it for 8 hrs
again dip it in water and tie for 5-6 hrs
you will get nice sprouts like this
to this add spring onions
in a blender beat paneer and milk for dressing
add it to the salad
finally add salt ,pepper and lime juice and serve
