Sprouts Salad

this is an mouth watering salad which has a very high nutritive valve

  • moong dal 2sp
  • cow pea 2 sp
  • horse gram 2 sp
  • spring onionschopped 4 sp
  • paneer chopped 1/4 cup
  • milk 5sp
  • salt
  • crushed pepper 2 sp
  • lime juice 1 sp


  • soak all three moong ,cow pea and horse gram in water for 8 hrs
  • tie in a cloth and hang it for 8 hrs
  • again dip it in water and tie for 5-6 hrs
  • you will get nice sprouts like this
  • to this add spring onions
  • in a blender beat paneer and milk for dressing
  • add it to the salad
  • finally add salt ,pepper and lime juice and serve
