Oats Chicken Fry

A good alternative for crispy fried chicken we buy from outside. Your kids will love it

Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg, Chicken
  • 1 1/2 tsp Chilly powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Vinegar
  • 2 cups Oats
  • 1 cup Flour
  • Oil to fry
  • 2 Egg white

Instructions
 

  • Marinate chicken in chilly powder, turmeric powder, salt and vinegar. Keep it aside for few hours.
  • Mix flour and oats in a bowl.
  • Dip chicken in egg white.. cover in oats-flour mixture. Deep fry it in oil.
  • Serve it with Kuboos or Roti.

Notes

Fry chicken for 1 minute on each side in high flame and after that in low flame with closed lids for few minutes. (it will take approximately 15-20 minutes to cook chicken.)
