Ingredients
- Chicken - 1 kg,
- Chilly powder - 1 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Salt(to taste) -
- Vinegar - 1 tsp
- Oats - 2 cups
- Flour - 1 cup
- Oil(to fry) -
- Egg white - 2

Instructions
- Marinate chicken in chilly powder, turmeric powder, salt and vinegar. Keep it aside for few hours.
- Mix flour and oats in a bowl.
- Serve it with Kuboos or Roti.
Recipe Notes
Fry chicken for 1 minute on each side in high flame and after that in low flame with closed lids for few minutes. (it will take approximately 15-20 minutes to cook chicken.)
