Instant Ragi Idly
Ragi idli is made from ragi flour and Idli batter. The advantages of this dish include taste and nutrition. This can be served as a healthy breakfast.

- 1/2 cup Ragi Flour
- 1 cup Idly batter
- Salt as per taste
Now add little water to ragi flour and mix salt and rest for 1 hour
Now mix with idly batter and rest for 10 minutes
Now batter is ready to steam for idly
Now steam idly steamer an pour in each and steam
Cook for 25 minutes, because ragi takes time to cook and now its crack for good steam
Now its ready to serve Instant Ragi idly
