Ragi Kara Kozhukattai

This is a traditional recipes of Tamilnadu. This is the best choice of breakfast as it is good for those in diet and also with diabetes. This will be a fulfilled breakfast.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Ragi flour
  • 1 tsp Ghee
  • 1/2 cup Hot water
  • 1 chopped Onion
  • 2 chopped Green chili
  • 1 tbsp Curry leaves and coriander
  • 1/4 cup Moong dal
  • Salt as per taste
  • 2 tsp Oil

Instructions
 

  • in pan add ragi flour and fry for 2 minutes till aroma rises
  • Now add ghee and mix well and moong dal. mix well
  • Now sprinkle little water and steam for 10 minutes
  • Now allow to cool and keep aside and temper all other ingredients. saute well onion and other
  • Now mix with ragi and mix well
  • Now make shape of kozhukattai and steam for 5-6 minutes
  • Now its ready to serve Ragi kara Kozhukattai
