Ragi Kara Kozhukattai
This is a traditional recipes of Tamilnadu. This is the best choice of breakfast as it is good for those in diet and also with diabetes. This will be a fulfilled breakfast.

1 cup Ragi flour 1 tsp Ghee 1/2 cup Hot water 1 chopped Onion 2 chopped Green chili 1 tbsp Curry leaves and coriander 1/4 cup Moong dal Salt as per taste 2 tsp Oil
in pan add ragi flour and fry for 2 minutes till aroma rises
Now add ghee and mix well and moong dal. mix well
Now sprinkle little water and steam for 10 minutes
Now allow to cool and keep aside and temper all other ingredients. saute well onion and other
Now mix with ragi and mix well
Now make shape of kozhukattai and steam for 5-6 minutes
Now its ready to serve Ragi kara Kozhukattai
