Palak Roti
This is north indian recipe. this is good in healthy and taste, this give good filling for our diet. this is simple and unique taste .

- 1 cup Palak
- 2 Green chili
- 1 cup Wheat flour
- 1 tsp Jeera
- Salt as per taste
- Oil for greasing + 1 tsp
- Water if required
In pan add oil and temper jeera, green chili
Now add chopped palak and saute well and turn off and allow to cool
Now grind in blender and keep aside
Now in bowl add flour and salt and add palak paste mix well
Now make soft dough , if need add little water
Now take small ball flat thin with roll pin . do all rest
Now heat tawa and cook both side and grease with oil
Now its ready to serve
