Mix warm milk, yoghurt and yeast together.
Mix maida, corn flour and salt in a bowl.
Then add milk mixture to the bowl to make a batter,(It is neither too watery nor too thick) and keep it aside for half an hour.
After half an hour, the batter will rise enough. Heat oil in a wok, drop a small portion of the batter in oil using spoon.
Fry till it becomes golden brown colour. Drain and put fried dumplings in sugar syrup, coat well, take out and serve.
For the syrup, add sugar and water, boil it for three minutes. Allow it to cool.
