Chicken Broasted In Pressure Cooker

its very tasty and cripsy dish of broasted with a kerala touch

Ingredients
  

  • chicken 1 kg
  • corn flour half cup
  • crushed cornflakes 1 cup
  • all purpose flour 1 cup
  • chilly powder 2 tsp
  • pepper powder 2 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • oil as needed
  • ginger garlic paste 2 tsp each
  • egg 1
  • milk 1 table spoon

Instructions
 

  • Clean the skin and cut it to pieces and if you need keep the skin.
  • Add salt and pepper powder to it and mix it well.
  • Take a plate and add all the powders ,salt and ginger garlic paste to it and mix it well
  • Then take one of the chicken piece and coat the mixed flour on it.
  • Then repeat same with all the chicken pieces
  • Keep it in a plate
  • Take a small bowl and add egg and milk and mix it well
  • Add the coated chicken to the egg mix and mix it well
  • Then add the chicken in to the remaining flour and mix it well.
  • Repeat the same with all the other chicken pieces.
  • Take a pressure cooker and add oil to it when its hot.
  • Then add the marinated chicken pieces to the oil
  • Close the pressure cooker and wait for two whistles
  • And off the flame and wait for 5 minutes ,then open the cooker.
  • Then transfer the chicken pieces to a bowl that is having sieves or holes, so that we can drain the excess oil
  • Transfer to the serving dish
