  • peanut cooked1cup
  • onion 1 cup
  • carrots grated 1 cup
  • beetroot grated 1 cup
  • tomato 1/2 cup
  • salt to taste
  • coriander leaves few

Instructions
 

  • cook peanuts with salt
  • add onion, tomato, carrots, beetroots
  • mix and add salt
  • to this add chopped coriander and serve
