Yummy Mushroom Biriyani

It is a tasty rice recipe.it is good for health .It is very easy to prepare .Kids and adult will love this.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Basmati rice
  • 1/2 cup Mushroom
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 Capsicm
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 4 tsp Curd
  • 1/4 cup Water

Instructions
 

  • Clean and wash mushroom in water.
  • Heat oil in a kadai add cumin seeds,onion,capsicm,ginger garlic paste saute for 2 minutes.
  • Add turmeric powder and chili powder to this.
  • saute for a minute.
  • Add 1/4 cup water and saute for 2 minutes.
  • Add curd to this and stir for a minute.
  • Cook rice in a microwave with water for 10 minutes.
  • After cooking rice add this rice to mushroom mix in kadai.Mix all well properly and stir for a minute.
