Yummy Mushroom Biriyani
It is a tasty rice recipe.it is good for health .It is very easy to prepare .Kids and adult will love this.

- 1 cup Basmati rice
- 1/2 cup Mushroom
- 1 Onion
- 1 tsp Oil
- Salt to taste
- 1 Capsicm
- 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- 4 tsp Curd
- 1/4 cup Water
Clean and wash mushroom in water.
Heat oil in a kadai add cumin seeds,onion,capsicm,ginger garlic paste saute for 2 minutes.
Add turmeric powder and chili powder to this.
saute for a minute.
Add 1/4 cup water and saute for 2 minutes.
Add curd to this and stir for a minute.
Cook rice in a microwave with water for 10 minutes.
After cooking rice add this rice to mushroom mix in kadai.Mix all well properly and stir for a minute.
