Restaurant Style Garlic Chicken

Ingredients
  

  • 200 gm Chicken
  • 1 chopped Onion
  • 15 nos garlic
  • Salt as per taste
  • 2 tbsp Tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp Chilli flakes
  • 1/4 cup Spring onion
  • 2 tsp Corn flour
  • 3 tbsp Oil

Instructions
 

  • In a pan add oil and saute garlic.
  • Add onion and saute well.
  • Next, add chicken pieces and salt. Cook for 10 minutes.
  • Add tomato sauce and add some water. Bring to boil.
  • Now add chilli flakes and mix well. Cook for 1 minute.
  • Add corn flour with little water mixture and cook till semi dry.
  • Next, add spring onion and mix well. Turn off the flame.
  • Now its ready to serve.
