Pressure cook the toor dhal along with meet,green chilli and salt and let it cook about 5 whistles.
After the pressure goes remove the lid and smash the dhal and keep it aside.
Heat oil in a pan and add whole garam masalas and sauté until it gives a nice aroma
Then add chopped onions till it becomes transparent.
Then add ginger garlic paste,let them to saute well till the raw smell goes off.
Add chopped tomatoes to it.
Then add chilli powder,coriander powder,turmeric powder and saute it for a minute.
Add the chopped vegetables.
Then add the smashed dhal and meat mixture and then add required amount of water and salt.
Add tamarind pulp. You can adjust the tamarind pulp according to your choice.
Add coconut milk.
Finally add the coriander leaves and switch off the flame.
Yummy and delicious Mutton Dalsa is ready to serve. Have it with idiappam,aappam or with ghee rice.
