Ragi Onion Dosa

- Ragi Flour 2 cup
- Salt to taste

- red chili powder 1/2 tsp
- oil 3 tsp
- mustard 1/2 tsp
- broken urad dal 1/4 tsp
- bengal gram 1/2 tsp
in a pan heat the oil and temper the mustard, broken urad dal and bengal gram
add chopped onion and saute it until the onion turn into brown
in a bowl add ragi flour, salt, red chili powder and onion
add water and make as a batter
heat the tawa and pour the batter and make as a dosa and apply oil
turn the side and again apply oil and cook it for 2 minutes
now ragi onion dosa is ready. serve with chutney
