in a bowl add chicken, curd, ginger garlic paste.salt,black pepper, turmeric and garam masala and mix well
marinate for 1 hour
slice the onion and chop the red chili
in a pan heat the oil and add onion and red chili and saute it until the onion turn into brown
add marinated chicken, mix well and allow to cook in medium flame for 5 mins
add required water to cook the desi murgh / nattu kozhi and mix it
allow to cook until the chicken get cooked and water get dry
cut into two pieces of cashews and raisins
heat the ghee and fry the cashews and raisins
transfer into the chicken and mix it
now hyderabad desi murgh is ready to serve
