Palak Dal Curry
this is good and healthy recipe. we can serve with idly , roti and rice. its goes well. both dal and palak is fiber and protein

- 1 to Palak
- 1/2 cup Boil dal
- 1 chopped Onion
- 2 Red chili
- Asafeotida pinch
- 1/2 tsp Urad dal
- 1 tsp Mustard
- Salt s per taste
- 2 tsp Oil
- Water to sprinkle
Clean and cut palak and keep side
In pan add oil and temper mustard, urad dal, asafeotida
Now add onion and red chili and saute
Now add chopped greens and mix well
Now sprinkle water and add salt cook well
Now add dal and mix well and cook for 3 minutes and turn off
Now its ready to serve Palak Dal Curry
