This brown rice puttu is tastier breakfast and healthy too.Brown rice has more fibre and vitamins and b vitamins although the calories remain same for white rice and brown rice.

Ingredients
  

  • brownrice 2 cups
  • sugar 1 cup
  • cardamom powder 1 sp
  • grated coconut 1 sp
  • milk 2 cups

Instructions
 

  • soak brown rice for 5 hrs
  • dry in white cloth in shade
  • make a powder of it
  • steam it in medium flame for about 20 mins
  • cheak whether cooked , add sugar
  • add coconut ,and cardamom powder and serve with milk
