Bottle Gourd Chappathi

these fiber rich chappatis are good for all ages..wheat flour combination gives an execellent taste to the dish

Ingredients
  

  • chappati dough
  • grated bottle gourd 1/2 cup
  • mustard 1 sp
  • urad dal 1 sp
  • onion sliced 3 sp
  • turmeric 1/2 sp
  • salt
  • red chilli 1 sp
  • coriander leaf few
  • cooked toor dal 2 sp

Instructions
 

  • spatter some mustard and urad dal
  • add onions and bottle gourd and fry few mins
  • add turmeric,salt red chilli, coriander leafs, and cooked toor dal in it and cook for few mins and let cool
  • press chappati ,place the cooked masala widely
  • make anotherr chapati and cover it and seal the edges
  • cook it both the sides and serve with dal
