Bottle Gourd Chappathi
these fiber rich chappatis are good for all ages..wheat flour combination gives an execellent taste to the dish

- chappati dough
- grated bottle gourd 1/2 cup
- mustard 1 sp
- urad dal 1 sp
- onion sliced 3 sp
- turmeric 1/2 sp
- salt
- red chilli 1 sp
- coriander leaf few
- cooked toor dal 2 sp
spatter some mustard and urad dal
add onions and bottle gourd and fry few mins
add turmeric,salt red chilli, coriander leafs, and cooked toor dal in it and cook for few mins and let cool
press chappati ,place the cooked masala widely
make anotherr chapati and cover it and seal the edges
cook it both the sides and serve with dal
